Rachel H. Stinson and Jim Marrow become equity partners

Mr. Marrow is an experienced trial lawyer and appellate specialist, with a focus on appeals involving commercial disputes. A firm partner since 2020, he has successfully represented plaintiffs and defendants at trial and in civil appeals and mandamus proceedings in state and federal courts. Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, he is a frequent author and speaker on pivotal appellate and trial issues.

Ms. Stinson has been a trusted litigation and appellate advocate for Wright Close Barger & Guzman clients since joining the firm in 2020. Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, she regularly handles complex commercial cases, personal injury claims, real estate disputes, theft of trade secret allegations, and insurance coverage litigation in both state and federal courts.
