Wright Close & Barger Appellate Lawyers Named to 2018 Texas Rising Stars

HOUSTON – Two lawyers with Houston trial and appellate firm Wright Close & Barger, LLP, have earned selection to the 2018 list of Texas Rising Stars, which honors the top young attorneys in the state.

Firm partners Bradley Snead and Natasha Taylor are both being recognized for their appellate work.

Mr. Snead is Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. In addition to his appellate work, Mr. Snead handles personal injury and construction litigation, and has made presentations and written on construction law and premises liability. This year marks his third appearance on the Rising Stars list. He earned his law degree, with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law.

As an appellate lawyer, Ms. Taylor has represented clients in courts all over Texas, as well as the Texas Supreme Court and the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. She also handles matters involving insurance coverage and a variety of civil litigation. This is her third consecutive year on the Rising Stars list. She earned her law degree, with honors, from the Texas Tech University School of Law.

Each year, the Thomson Reuters-owned Super Lawyers ranking service analyzes nominees from Texas lawyers to develop its list. Attorneys must be 40 or younger or have no more than 10 years in practice. No more than 2.5 percent of a state’s lawyers are selected.
