Lawdragon Leading Lawyers List Honors All Four Wright Close Barger & Guzman Name Partners

Name partner Eva Guzman joins elite national list for appellate excellence

Wright Close Barger & Guzman is pleased to announce that all four name partners have earned recognition in the 2026 Lawdragon 500 Leading Lawyers in America guide, which lists the most accomplished and esteemed attorneys in the country.

Tom Wright, Howard Close and Jessica Barger, who were honored last year by Lawdragon for their litigation and appellate work, are joined by first-time honoree name partner Eva Guzman, who was recognized for her appellate practice. Mr. Wright is now a permanent member of Lawdragon Leading Lawyers after his induction into the Lawdragon Hall of Fame earlier this month.

Lawdragon Leading Lawyers honorees are selected through an extensive research process. They are required to have shown outstanding skills for at least 15 years in practice. Most are partners or hold firm leadership positions.
