Zach Bowman

Zach has extensive litigation and appellate experience in both state and federal courts, including briefing and arguing insurance coverage and choice of law issues before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the Texas Supreme Court. He has also briefed and argued cases concerning property rights and defamations claims in front of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and Colorado Court of Appeals, as well as handled numerous trials and appeals concerning insurance coverage, energy litigation, and business disputes. Zach is Board Certified in Insurance Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Prior to starting in private practice, Zach clerked at the Texas Supreme Court for Justice Paul Green. Zach has served as an adjunct professor of appellate advocacy at South Texas College of Law since 2023. Zach was also selected for inclusion in the list of Texas Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” from 2017-2023.
