Rachel Buchhorn Willroth

Rachel’s practice focuses on appeals and complex litigation. She has represented clients in a wide variety of matters, including complex commercial cases, corporate governance litigation, employment actions, products liability litigation, intellectual property litigation, and litigation stemming from corporate insolvency proceedings.

Rachel clerked for the Northern District of Texas, the Northern District of Ohio, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. While clerking, she prepared memoranda recommending disposition of cases and assisted with the drafting of dozens of published and unpublished opinions.
