Kyle represents clients at every stage of the appellate process: from crafting pre-trial strategies to appealing final judgments and everything in between. He has experience handling high-stakes cases on both sides of the docket for everyone from Fortune 50 companies to individuals, and is as comfortable elbow-deep in antitrust claims and mineral-lease disputes as mass torts and product-liability suits. Whatever the case, he brings an innovative, results-oriented approach to helping clients solve their problems.

An active member of the Texas legal community, Kyle teaches appellate advocacy at Baylor Law, serves on multiple Houston Bar Association committees, is a member of the HBA’s Pro Bono Appellate Program, and belongs to the Texas Bar College.

Kyle graduated magna cum laude from Baylor Law. He was a technical editor for the Baylor Law Review, helped develop a course for the law school’s LL.M. program, and tied for the second-highest score on the July 2018 Texas Bar Exam. He’s a member of Phi Beta Kappa too (though he’s still not sure how to do the handshake).
