Josh Woods

Josh’s practice focuses on civil appeals and litigation. His experience has spanned all stages of litigation as well as diverse areas of law including, patents, trademarks, commercial litigation, wrongful death, and insurance coverage.

Prior to entering private practice, Josh clerked at the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit where he assisted in drafting opinions and prepared memoranda recommending the disposition of dozens of cases.
