Anna Fredrickson focuses her practice on civil appellate litigation across Texas and in the Fifth Circuit. She represents individuals and businesses in complex matters that turn on difficult questions of law, procedure, and litigation strategy.
Anna works closely with trial teams at critical stages of a case, including dispositive motion practice, Daubert challenges, jury-charge development, and post-trial briefing, with an emphasis on preserving error and positioning cases for appeal. She also handles full appellate representation in the Texas courts of appeals, the Texas Supreme Court, and the Fifth Circuit. Her experience includes commercial disputes, contract and statutory-construction issues, personal injury, oil and gas, and other civil torts.
