HOUSTON – Wright, Close & Barger, LLP, is pleased to announce that Brittany Greger has joined the firm as an associate who will work with both the civil litigation and appellate practice groups.
“Brittany is a talented, smart attorney who is a good fit with our team,” said firm co-founder Tom Wright. “She has represented governmental clients on a variety of state and federal issues before appeals courts.”
Before joining the firm, Ms. Greger worked at the Texas Solicitor General’s Office through the Gregory Coleman Fellowship, serving as lead counsel in cases before the Third and Eighth Courts of Appeals. She was also a legislative liaison for the Office of the Solicitor General during the 85th legislative session of the Texas Legislature.
In addition to her fellowship, Ms. Greger clerked for U.S. District Judge Melinda Harmon of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas in Houston and for Texas
Supreme Court Justice Paul W. Green.
A graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law, Ms. Greger is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Houston Bar Association, the Garland R. Walker American Inn of Court, and The Federalist Society. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Baylor University.
